The owner of a discotheque in Ibiza accused of machismo for his way of choosing a 'girlfriend' among his employees

This is the case of Wayne Lineker, 58-year-old British owner of the O Beach Ibiza nightclub, in Sant Antoni de Portmany, who has shared a video on his social networks in which he appears choosing one of several of his employees (at which she calls ' dream dolls ' or 'dream dolls') to go on a date. The girls appear lined up on the curb of a pool in an orange swimsuit, and Lineker paces in front of them, examining them and throwing those he 'discarded' into the pool.

From social networks, Lineker's macho and humiliating attitude towards his own employees has been criticized in the video. Wayne Lineker, who is the brother of 1980s English soccer star Gary Lineker, was romantically involved with Danielle Sandhu, 26, for four years until the end of 2019. He was 54 at the time and she was 22.

The O Beach Ibiza nightclub is not the only business that Lineker owns on the island, it also has a British pub, a company of 'concierges' (advisers for luxury tourists who are in charge of managing reservations, transfers, trips or purchases) and several restaurants.
