The "Garden of Horrors" affair: After discovering the address to which Little Bercy, the owner of Tully's nursery, moved to house arrest, some of the nursery's parents arrived today (Friday) along with other citizens and held a protest demonstration in front of the house where she was staying. A police force prevented them from entering a building in one of the neighborhoods in western Rishon Lezion. Bercy and her husband Moshe are suspected of failing to prevent abuse and failing to report.

Last night, the parents first arrived on Hanofar Street in Yavne where Bersi was staying and held a loud demonstration that led the police to move Bersi to Rishon Lezion a lot due to fears that she would be harmed if she stayed there. An unofficial police source noted that they would consider checking how the address was passed to the parents after checking if the court had banned the publication of the place.

The parents of the toddlers who discovered the address in Rishon Lezion posted a message on social media and called on the citizens to join them in the demonstration. They came to the building and called on Barcy to leave and leave the place. "She was not given peace until she left here," they said, "we will make her life miserable." Read. Others in the megaphone called on Barcy to go outside and confront them. "Come out if you have the courage" they shouted at her and added "you will pay dearly". Later they started shouting "Bersi to prison".

Social activists who run various forums in the city of Rishon Lezion have joined the protest and posted on the networks that he was constantly coming to the house in Rishon Lezion and causing Bersi to leave the place. They also called on neighborhood residents to join. Some of them did respond to Kira and said "the abuser cannot be here".

Bercy's associates said it was a nuisance. "The court ruled that she was not abused and ruled that she was blackmailed. She was being treated unfairly." It should be noted that just before a new trial in the case of Tzipi David, who was convicted and sent to prison following a case of violence against a toddler she cared for, the court of severity noted the parents' behavior in demonstrations in similar cases. Even in the Moeda case and the demonstrations in front of her house, the court gave its opinion and noted the behavior in a serious manner.

On Sunday, an indictment will be filed against four of the aides suspected of abuse. According to the prosecutor's office, a decision has not yet been made regarding the owners of the kindergarten and two other assistants, and the material has been examined. The decision to release them under house arrest after examining the issue is about the arrest itself and does not affect a future decision in their case regarding an indictment.
