Why are there fewer Latinos and Blacks testing for covid-19?

Given the low participation of blacks and Latinos in the tests of the vaccine against covid-19, Dr. Elmer Huerta points out that the black community distrusts the tests that come from the United States government due to antecedents, including an episode of deception that occurred last century with the study of syphilis. In the case of Latinos, the CNN contributor believes that it is because the adequate community outreach is not done, nor is it reached with the Spanish language.
