[04:30] KMB and Long Win Bus said that in response to the Observatory’s No. 9 Gale or Storm Wind Strength Signal, Signal No. 8 is expected to be maintained for a period of time in the morning, and the daytime service of KMB and Long Win Bus will be suspended.
