Iraqi forces have eliminated ten ISIS terrorists and destroyed nine hideouts in Makhmour district, Nineveh Governorate, northwest of the country.
The Iraqi News Agency quoted the spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasul, as saying in a statement today that “The anti-terrorist forces, backed by the Iraqi army aviation, have begun to carry out a qualitative military operation in Makhmour and the Qarat Jokh mountains in Nineveh Governorate, killing 10 members of the remnants of the organization. / ISIS / terrorist group and the destruction of 9 caves and a warehouse of food and medicine.
The Iraqi Military Intelligence announced earlier today the arrest of four terrorists in Anbar and Salah al-Din provinces.
