The maintenance workshops of the General Company for Electricity in Homs completed the rehabilitation work of two electrical transformers in the Textile Company with a capacity of 1600 kilovolts and 1,000 kilovolts.
In a statement to SANA's correspondence today, the company’s director, Eng. Saleh Omran, indicated that 8 new transfer centers were also installed in different regions of the governorate, 5 of them air and 3 ground, in addition to improving the capacity of the two conversion centers of Taldo well and Rabah well to become 100 kilovolts amperes.
Omran indicated that 6 electrical transformers were repaired during the current month in the regions (Taldo, Al Jadida, Kafrlaha, and Bir Al Bustan in Kafrlaha), pointing out that the company is working continuously to increase the reliability of the electrical system and improve its reality.
