Peace to the world… An open-air classical music evening in Sweida

A bouquet of masterpieces of classical art by world-class musicians echoed this evening in an open-air musical evening in one of the public squares of the city of Sweida, which bears a heritage character.

The evening, entitled Peace to the World, is held as part of the activities of the International Youth Festival in Sweida, "Our Youth is the Color of Our Tomorrow". It was revived by the musicians Zina Obeid, Hassan Khair on the violin, Nada Al-Halabi on the viola instrument and Hadi Al-Masry on Cello under the supervision of the musician Inad Abu Zaki.

Abu Zaki pointed out the importance of spreading classical music, which is a universal language that touches the conscience and a cultural and cultural legacy, pointing out that they chose the “Tarsan” square in the center of the city of Sweida to hold the evening due to its heritage and national importance and to ensure the achievement of divergence and preventive measures to confront the Corona virus.

The celebration of our youth was the color of our tomorrow, which is being held by the Directorate of Culture of Sweida in cooperation with the Directorate of Child Culture on the occasion of International Youth Day. Shahba, Salkhad and some squares of the city of Sweida.
