Three people were injured in an explosive device explosion today in the city of Nasiriyah, Dhi Qar Governorate, southern Iraq.
Alsumaria News quoted an Iraqi security source as saying that "an explosive device that was placed on a motorcycle in Al-Haboubi Square in the center of Nasiriyah exploded this evening, wounding three people."
The source added that "a security force cordoned off the place and took the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment, while an investigation was opened into the circumstances of the explosion."
