Munich - The Oktoberfest 2018 is open. While most people know what is appropriate and what is not at Oktoberfest, there are always failures. In the past few years, bad habits such as mass exes and shoe drinking in the tents arose. And traditionalists hardly get upset about traditional plastic costumes and other fashionable missteps, the whole thing is too common.

But it should be made clear again: the Oktoberfest is NOT a bachelorette party! And no carnival either!

A photographer from the German Press Agency discovered a particularly nasty misstep on Saturday: two boys walked past the Hofbräu festival tent. And what the left under his arm was likely to piss off every traditionalist: a giant inflatable penis!

No real Munich or Oktoberfest fan would like to see something like this. You can and should turn a blind eye if the tourists are not so strict about tradition. But for those who like Oktoberfest, one thing is clear: no mass exes. No shoe drinking. And certainly no inflatable genitals at this really wonderful festival!
