In Stockholm, the National Union of Syrian Expatriates condemned in Sweden and Europe the crime of the Turkish regime cutting off drinking water to Hasaka.

In its statement, the Federation called on the international community to criminalize and hold the Turkish occupation accountable for its act as a war crime and genocide, pointing out that the Turkish regime strikes against all human values ​​through its criminal practices.

The statement called on the United Nations and humanitarian and relief organizations to take immediate and serious action to save civilians and stop these violations, which are considered a crime against all of humanity.

The statement added, “Today we are facing a genocide against Syrian civilians in Hasakah Governorate by depriving them of water, which is one of the most important necessities of life, which threatens civilians’s lives if it continues and exposes it to danger and predicts a heinous humanitarian catastrophe, especially at a time when the world is making efforts to address the Corona virus. “.
