A young woman died in Oberschleißheim near Munich. What initially looked like an accident was probably a violent crime.

Oberschleißheim - On Sunday (23 August 2020), the Munich police were informed at around 2:45 a.m. that a seriously injured person was lying in a ditch on Ingolstädter Straße in Oberschleißheim . This was located about 200 meters north of the entrance to the A99 .
On the spot, the officers found a seriously injured young woman who was identified as a 27-year-old Romanian. She was behind a white Mercedes Vito parked on the side of the road. Two men , also Romanians, were also at the scene of the event. In the two 31 and 32 year old construction workers , a breath alcohol value of just under one per thousand could be detected.

Accordingly, there are currently great doubts about the statement of the two men. They were arrested on the spot by the officers on suspicion of a homicide .

During a further interrogation, the 32-year-old driver of the car finally confessed that he was driving the vehicle while drunk and that I had not been involved in the marital dispute between the two passengers since then. He has now been released from prison. The 31-year-old husband of the dead was issued an arrest warrant for manslaughter . How exactly the young woman died is still the subject of the investigation. The couple was apparently only visiting Germany. The 32-year-old acquaintance who drove the car lives in a workers' accommodation in Germany.
