Beirut - SANA
The head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah, Hashem Safi al-Din, affirmed that the Lebanese national resistance had defeated the Israeli enemy and that American projects in the region had failed thanks to its steadfastness and sacrifices.
In a speech today in the Lebanese capital Beirut, Safi al-Din said that the resistance protected Lebanon and the Lebanese from the Israeli enemy and the takfiri terrorist enemy and from sedition-stirring plots that the United States of America seeks and serves the Israeli enemy, pointing out that the resistance knows its way to victory, the temple, through sacrifices.
Safi al-Din referred to the resistance's victory over the Israeli aggression in 2006, stressing the failure of the plans that targeted the resistance, and said: “They have not succeeded in the battlefield nor in distorting the image of the resistance, which you know will face new targets and new actions against it, and there are major media campaigns against it.”
