The Jordanian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 73 new cases of Coronavirus, in the largest daily toll in the Kingdom since the outbreak of the epidemic.
The ministry data indicates that 1966 confirmed cases and 15 deaths from the virus have been recorded in total since its appearance in early March.
Jordan has witnessed a jump in the number of daily injuries for 10 days, prompting the authorities to tighten the night-time curfew across the country and to implement a comprehensive general isolation on Friday in the capital, Amman.
