Vice President Justice Hanan Meltzer scheduled a hearing this coming Sunday in the case of Roman Zadorov.

"In the hearing, no arguments will be heard, but the parties' responses to certain questions and clarifications that will be presented to them will be requested."

This is a continuation of the procedure that Zadorov's lawyer seeks to promote, and it is the submission of new evidence and a discussion of it in the hope that this will lead to Zadorov's acquittal.

The evidence is part of a lecture given by the head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Dr. Chen Kugel, to students of the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Zum, and Zadorov's supporters were able to connect with it. A copy of the lecture was deposited in court.

During the lecture, Kugel said that her body could only bleed a few minutes after death - and when asked if this was also true of Tair Rada, he refused to address her specifically, but replied in general that conclusions could be drawn for the same affair.

This is based on the claim that the shoe prints left on the toilet wall do not belong to Zadorov.

The court accepted the prosecution's claim that the shoe could belong to one of the rescuers, but Zadorov claimed that there were drops of blood on it, and it is not possible that these did not coagulate for hours until the rescuers arrived at the scene.
