The military investigation judge in the Lebanese Military Court, Najat Abu Shakra, accused a Lebanese citizen of dealing with the Israeli enemy and communicating with its agents.
The Lebanese National News Agency stated that "Judge Abu Shakra issued today the indictment against Kinda Al-Khatib on charges of committing communication crimes with enemy agents and violating the boycott of Israel law."
Al-Khatib was arrested on June 22, 2009, on charges of communicating with enemy agents, secretly visiting the occupied territories in 2019, and giving security information to the enemy.
