A murder case occurred in Kwai Chung Village.
At about 3:23 in the morning on Saturday (September 5), the police received a report from a 13-year-old boy from Ying Kwai House, who alleged that his 15-year-old brother had fallen to his home.
After the ambulancemen arrived for investigation, it was confirmed that the 15-year-old boy was dead. The police found that he was wrapped in tape around his neck. After preliminary investigations, it was believed that his mother had committed a murder. The case was classified as "murder" and the mother was arrested. He was injured and was sent to Renji Hospital for treatment.
The police are blocking the scene for investigation.
