The second French e-merchant behind Amazon has just joined forces with the Pourdebon.com marketplace, which connects producers and customers without going through the store or warehouse.
The idea of this partnership, the first that Cdiscount has established in the food industry, was born during confinement.
Food e-commerce took on this occasion an unparalleled scale in France, up to 10% of total food sales.
