The facts would have taken place between 2015 and last July, with, as a common point, a similar theater: the Bois d'Amour clinic, belonging to the Ramsay Santé group in Drancy (Seine-Saint-Denis).

Three women, all nursing assistants in the establishment, have complained at various stages for "rape" and "sexual assault" we learned this Friday from corroborating sources.

One of them said that she had been sexually assaulted by an employee of a company providing the clinic, specializing in catering.

The violence allegedly took place last July, "between 12 noon and 1 p.m. in the basement of the clinic," according to a statement from the local CGT union in Drancy.

Information confirmed by the Ramsay Santé group on which the Bois d'Amour clinic in Drancy depends.

The Bobigny public prosecutor's office confirmed to the Parisian that an investigation for “sexual assault” was opened and the man was summoned to the criminal court on May 14 to answer for his gesture.

An indictment in 2019

The clinic has already been the scene of denunciations of rape, the first of which dates back to 2015. At the time, a nurse had filed a complaint for rape against a nurse graduated from the clinic.

This first case was "hushed up" by the management, denounces the CGT.

"The presumption of innocence was imposed because the complaint was dismissed and we had never received any negative information about this person", commented for its part the group Ramsay Santé, number one French private hospitalization.

On April 9, 2019, another caregiver lodged a rape complaint against the same nurse, then a night referent, according to corroborating sources.

This time, the man, dismissed, was indicted for rape in 2019 and placed under judicial supervision, said the Bobigny prosecutor's office.

"A law of silence in this clinic"

Since then, the management of the clinic has carried out an audit on the working and safety conditions in the establishment and set up "speech liberation training".

"The current working conditions in the clinic do not represent a serious risk to the health of the staff of the establishment", concludes this report.

But for the CGT, “nothing has changed”.

"These repetitive cases show that we are facing a law of silence in this clinic," says the union.
