The police were called to a restaurant in Moosburg late on Thursday evening.
There were complaints of nocturnal disturbance.
The officers discovered even more violations in the pub.

, the patrol found around 40 people who, according to the report
, were standing
close together without
mouth and nose protection
- and who were obviously guests of the
inn

The officers then wanted to confront and reprimand those responsible.
When they
entered

restaurant
, they found that the employees and the
innkeeper in
charge were
also not
wearing a mask
.
Guests also had no such protection and ran around the guest room instead of looking for a seat.
On top of that,
drinking games were
organized
at the beer
tables
.
According to the
police
, the operator was unable to
submit
a
hygiene
concept
on request
.

Because of the identified violations, a notification of an
administrative offense
is now being
submitted
to the Freising District Office.
According to the catalog of fines of the Bavarian Infection Protection Act, a
fine
of 5000 euros is provided
for the non-existent
