Decisions were trickle down from different state agencies, but all

directed towards the same place

: the corruption cases against the former cabinet of Cristina Kirchner.

The opposition from different political references, maintains that everything responds to an "impunity plan" to benefit the judicial situation of the vice president, prosecuted in eight court cases, all of them raised to oral trial, facing embargoes for more than $ 12,000 million, with family businesses intervened four years ago and with their children sent to trial for money laundering.

Their situation in front of the Justice

"is not talked about"

they assure in the Casa Rosada, from where the measures adopted by the AFIP, the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and the Anticorruption Office (OA) were supported.

The AB led by Felix Crous was the first to announce that

it was no longer going to sue in two cases, Los Sauces and Hotesur SA.

They are the two Kirchner family businesses investigated for alleged money laundering schemes.

The state body considered that

they should not be

among the accusers because they were, broadly speaking, business between private parties.

During the investigation, the justice indicated that both the real estate agency and the hotel firm were "screens to put illicit money into circulation with the appearance of legality."

That is, Judge Julián Ercolini said: they simulated rents only to launder funds.

CARLOS RUIZ - NEW HEAD OF THE FIU

In recent weeks, while the debate began on the judicial reform promoted by the Government and a marked determination to remove judges in Comodoro Py who intervened in cases against Cristina Kirchner, there were decisions in State organisms that as a final objective,

converge in not advancing

in cases of corruption against Kirchner administration,

In the FIU, the body that Carlos Cruz leads:

more than fifteen people were displaced from analysis directors

, litigation lawyers, members of international areas.

All were identified as personnel who responded to the management of Mariano Federici (Let's change).

All had some degree of participation in files for corruption against figures of Kirchnerism.

It was not the only thing.

From Together for Change they also observe a change of position in the face of the investigations in which the body complains and which have the vice president, her former business partners and former members of her last cabinet as the main defendants.

As for Lázaro Báez, who is being tried for laundering, "

instead of requiring a 16-year sentence

as had been stipulated before the change in management, a sentence of 8 years was required," explained a source from the agency.

Another example, in a case related to the Cuadernos de las Bribes, the FIU "

did not appeal

the file of proceedings regarding Cristina Kirchner."

As there was no appeal of the complaints, the decision of Judge Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi was final, who did not find sufficient evidence to process the vice president in a section.

This sort of "administrative amnesty", as even some judicial officials were encouraged to describe, reached the AFIP.

Within the framework of the Cuadernos case and at the request of the late Judge Claudio Bonadio,

850 taxpayers were investigated

, among them Cristina Kirchner.

The family environment and the wealth growth of all the defendants in the case had to be analyzed for twelve years, something that was transferred to the entrepreneurs and their companies.

The macrista AFIP created a Coordinating Committee made up of 70 people, including technicians, lawyers, specialists, who were also in charge of other investigations, such as the one related to the possible movements of illicit funds in the work of burying the Sarmiento train, which involved the cousin of former president Mauricio Macri, or the case on Oil Combustibles, Cristóbal López's oil company.

This Committee was audited in its work and qualified as "correct, without observations" in the tasks of collaboration with justice.

But last week, however, it was learned that the head of the AFIP, Mercedes Marcó del Pont,

advanced in the administrative summary to investigate this internal working group

.

In addition, it dissolved the Directorate of Institutional Integrity and repealed several resolutions on transparency adopted during the administration of former President Mauricio Macri.

The current authorities want to know if that Committee, already dissolved, "was in accordance with the law", since Cristina Kirchner denounced that it was a "task force".

And an investigation began to be audited, which had already been audited with favorable results.
