Ethical pact of biopharmaceuticals to obtain safe vaccine

Large laboratories are committed to following sound scientific principles for the development and experimentation of a vaccine against covid-19.

The pact comes after the FDA commissioner said the agency could consider emergency use authorization or approval of a novel coronavirus vaccine before critical phase 3 trials are completed.
