Alberto Fernández will receive Axel Kicillof and a group of mayors from the suburbs this Wednesday afternoon, at 6 p.m., according to official sources told Clarín.
The meeting was called in the midst of the protest by sectors of the Buenos Aires police, which began on Monday and that this Wednesday reached the fifth presidential term, with a protest of troops at the door of the residence that was unanimously rejected by the different political spaces, the ruling party and the opposition.
It was not, until mid-afternoon, scheduled for Fernández to speak on the National chain as it transpired at one point.
In principle, the meeting would be at 6 pm and then there could be a shared press conference between the President, the governor and some mayors.
At the same time, different
political organizations, including the CTEP
led by Juan Grabois, called for a rally in front of Quinta de Olivos at 8 pm in "defense of democracy."
