Argentine singer Abel Pintos, winner of three Gardel de Oro awards, spoke on CNN Primera Mañana and explained how he lives this moment, in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic, and while his partner is going through a pregnancy.
“The wait for Agustín -his unborn son- allowed us to be in a bubble of love.
Very attentive to every second of the process, seeking to contain both of us, because it is a very moving moment, of many uncertainties and a certain fear, ”he says.
Shortly after presenting new music, Pintos reflected on the moment we are going through as a society.
He acknowledges that, "in the midst of all this madness," he and his family were able to "spend this time in a very loving way by being connected to this waiting."
«Professionally, I was able to continue working, I was able to continue in production.
I didn't have a studio in my house, but when it all started I brought some equipment and I was able to continue working remotely, and that's why 'El Hechizo' arrived, which was the previous release, and now 'Free Stone' arrives ”, he adds.
Abel Pinto: «Changes can happen»
In addition, the Argentine singer took stock of the current situation.
“I believe that changes can happen, especially in each one.
What things we think we can change is up to each one.
Very painful things have happened in the world and in the history of humanity that have marked changes and at other times things have remained the same, that is why there are certain pains that seem to be cyclical ”, he assures.
Pintos believes that "these things make us think and put everything in another perspective."
He also believes that the global health crisis "modifies us", and maintains: "I am not sure that my son will reach a world better or worse than before."

Abel Pintos is preparing to do a live recital this Saturday on the internet, and he says that it is the "first streaming concert, with the full band."
The musician assures that “it will be a recital of two hours or a little more: my concerts are usually long.
I am going to go through songs from my entire career and we are going to leave a space for the most recent releases as well ”.
The repertoire will include songs like "Cien años", "El Hechizo" and "I made her cry", in addition to his new hit "Piedra Libre".
Regarding online broadcasts, he assures that they are here to stay.
“I think it generates a new tool, a new way of conceptually sharing music with the public.
I'm looking forward to touring and that's second to none.
We are going to do it again, I have no doubt.
But even when we go on tour again, I discover or feel that there are certain conceptual contents that will be able to be shared in this way as well, as a new tool ”, he says.
