The head of the Buenos Aires Government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, revealed that President Alberto Fernández sent him a text message a minute before officially announcing the withdrawal of funds for the City.
"He sent me a message at 19:29 and the press conference started at 19:30, so I didn't really answer," the communal chief questioned at a press conference.
In this sense, he maintained that "on principle, I never comment or make public the text messages because it is something personal, but he made it public."
