Despite the Covid-19, the temperature of the real estate market does not go down.
The buyers, who rushed on the stone out of confinement, also put the prices in overheating, according to the notaries of Greater Paris.
In the capital, the price per square meter is close to 11,000 euros (10,860 euros) according to the sales promises signed until the end of July.

This corresponds to a 6.6% jump over one year.
An increase, however, less strong than in the previous quarter (8%).
A new fact, the price of housing located in the suburbs is increasing faster than in Paris (+ 9% in the inner suburbs - houses and apartments -, + 7.6% for houses in the outer suburbs).
