at around 5 p.m. on Sunday

went from there to the terminus
at Tegernsee station.
According
to the witness, a couple with a three-year-old
boy got
off the bus
at the
Steinmetzplatz
stop at
around 5:30 p.m.
The
witness
could then see how the boy from the obvious

from behind with his
hand
.
The man lifted the boy by the neck and threw him away so that he fell to the
ground
.

The witness could no longer observe what happened next because the bus continued.
