Who among us would not want a private pool in his house?
Almost every wealthy person buys himself one, but the following story reveals a man who had a pool and did not even know of its existence.
John Reynolds bought an old three-room ground floor apartment before demolition for only $ 20,000 in order to sell it at a profit.
But just three months since the renovation process began, John received a phone call from his neighbor asking him if he had seen what the extreme weather had caused the pool.
"I said I do not know what she is talking about, I have no pool at all," he said, "but she answered yes, I have a pool."
John was shocked to discover that beneath all the dirt, leaves and weeds in the yard was hiding a huge pool and he decided to keep the house in Texas to himself after falling in love with his pool.

"I felt like I won the lottery," he said, "I did not believe I would buy a property that would have a private pool. I bought this property as an investment with no intention of living in it but selling it, but it provided me with such a pleasant surprise and I do not know if I can give it up." .
Although the garden looked like one big egg, John did not plan to invest in cleaning it.
But the heavy rain that fell filled the edge of the pool and he realized how big the "cache" was hiding there.
"This area outside was my least concern," he recounted, "but I noticed the place was always swampy even though it hadn't rained in a long time. I was thinking about continuing to live there light selling the house, but I can't leave now."
John worked for 11 months to clear the senior of all the filth: "When we got to the bottom of the pool I realized she was in pretty good condition still."
John spent $ 10,000 repairing and cleaning the pool.
He moved old furniture and all the dirt that was on top of it.
He claims that the pool is just one of all the attractions that there is in this house and now he is too attractive to sell it.
This is what his yard looked like until the pool was exposed
