The official spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, affirmed that the battle for freedom and independence will continue until the liberation of Yemen and the defeat of the Saudi aggression and its mercenaries.
Brigadier General Saree said in a series of tweets on Twitter marking the passage of 2000 days of the aggression on Yemen, "The Yemeni people, the army and the popular committees succeeded in holding out during the 2000 days of aggression on our country after many expected that we would not be able to withstand even for 100 days only."
Saree praised the steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their support for the army and the popular committees and said that “the heroic soldiers are on the various fronts with very high spirits,” stressing that Yemen will defeat the invaders and occupiers and achieve its sovereignty and independence by liberating every inch of its lands.
