A bizarre incident in Cheung Sha Wan caused a "lock-up" in the car.
Nearly 5 am on Wednesday (16th), the police received a report from a woman who alleged that she was locked in a private car and could not leave. Her car was parked at No. 1 West Kowloon, 873 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan Road. On the opposite side is the Changsha Bay Police Station.
