It is he who would have provided the indications allowing to locate the bodies of Sofiane and Tidiane.

Committed to an association and member of the PCF

Immediately, fear and depression seized the Soubise district.

Sofiane's personality has a lot to do with it.

In shock, Jacqueline Rouillon confides: “I don't want to believe it.

Not him.

He wanted too much to have a good life.

He had also resumed studies in BTS commerce and human resources, but he had not managed to find an internship supervisor this year, like many young people.

"

Tidiane, who was shot dead beside him, was a youth from the Arago neighborhood.

Younger, he also aroused sympathy, even in the ranks of some Saint-Ouen police officers: “When we controlled him, he was always respectful.

We were all disgusted to learn of his death, ”says an official.

This Tuesday morning, at the foot of the building, an old brown armchair is still there, indifferent to the comings and goings.

"Young people squat there all the time, they traffic, they don't let people go home," thunders an old lady from the neighborhood.

"In all of Saint-Ouen, it's hell"

Relatives of the victims presented themselves to the police, still numerous, in front of the 15-story tower.

Two men embrace and enter the building together.

A little later, a woman sobs and almost collapses.

She walks away on the arm of a man.

"The whole neighborhood is in mourning, this family is known here", assures a resident.

The day before, at the beginning of the night, a neighbor says she was alerted by the screams of a woman.

Very quickly, she saw “about fifty police officers” tumbling down who took two victims out of the building.

“They tried to resuscitate them for a good hour and then they put a sheet over their bodies.

I couldn't sleep after that, ”she says.

This new outbreak of violence illustrates the endless turf war for the control of the juicy Saint-Ouen drug points.

Since June, the settling of scores with firearms has not stopped in the city.

In early July, a man in his thirties was shot in the back and remained in a coma for a while.

“In all of Saint-Ouen, it's hell, ignites a resident of the Place d'Armes, a few meters from the scene of the double murder. Calm, we want calm. At the request of the mayor (PS) Karim Bouamrane, the prefect deployed additional police forces in the Vieux-Saint-Ouen district on Tuesday evening.
