The agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Israel 

"Out of a desire to realize the vision of a stable, peaceful and prosperous Middle East for the benefit of all the countries and peoples of the region, out of longing for peace, warm relations and diplomats, full cooperation and normalization of relations between them and their peoples, and in accordance with this Convention." Out of a determination to ensure lasting peace and prosperity and security for both sides in a way that upgrades their dynamic and innovative economies, and out of a belief that the development of warm relations promotes the interests of lasting peace in the Middle East and understanding that challenges can be addressed effectively only by cooperation and not by By confrontation.

Marking the peace treaty between the State of Israel and Egypt and between the State of Israel and Jordan, and out of a commitment to work together to reach an agreement on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, through negotiations that meet the legitimate needs and aspirations of the two peoples and to promote comprehensive peace, stability and prosperity in the Middle East.

Emphasizing the belief that normalizing relations between the emirates and Israelis is in the interest of both peoples and contributing to peace in the Middle East, and expressing deep appreciation to the United States for its significant contribution to this historic achievement, we agreed as follows: 

Establishment of peace, normalization, diplomatic relations: Peace, diplomatic relations and the complete normalization of bilateral relations are hereby established between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Israel. 

General principles: The Parties will rely on the articles of the UN Charter and the principles of international law regarding relations between the countries. In particular, they will recognize and respect each other's sovereignty and the right to live in peace, develop social relations between them and their peoples, and settle All disputes between them through peaceful means. 

Establishment of Embassies: The Parties will establish permanent embassies within the fastest time possible after the signing of this Convention.

Peace and stability: The parties must attach paramount importance to mutual understanding, cooperation and coordination between them in the field of security and stability, as a central pillar in their relations and as a means of improving these areas in the Middle East.

They undertake to take steps to prevent hostile or terrorist activity against each other in their territory or through them.

Cooperation and Agreements in Other Areas: As an integral part of their commitment to peace, prosperity and warm international relations, cooperation and normalization, the Parties will work to promote peace, stability and prosperity throughout the Middle East and the immense potential of their countries in the region. 

The Convention will enter into force when ratified by both Parties as soon as possible in the respective national procedures and after the mutual ratifications have been delivered to each other.

The Convention shall be registered with the Secretary - General of the United Nations in accordance with Article 102 of the United Nations Declaration.

Statement of the Abrahamic Agreements: 

"We, the undersigned, recognize the importance of maintaining and strengthening peace in the Middle East and around the world on the basis of mutual understanding and coexistence, and also out of respect for man and freedom, including religious freedom.

We encourage efforts for interfaith and intercultural dialogue to promote a culture of peace between the three Abrahamic religions and all of humanity. 

We believe that the best way to deal with the challenges is through cooperation and dialogue and that developing social relations between countries promotes the interests of lasting peace in the Middle East and the world.

We strive for tolerance and respect for every person to make the world a place where everyone can enjoy a life of respect and hope regardless of race and religion committee.

We support science, art, medicine and commerce to inspire humanity to maximize human potential and bring peoples closer together.

Declaration of peace, cooperation and fruitful social and diplomatic relations declared between the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Bahrain

"His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa between Salman a-Khalifa and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have agreed to open an era of friendship and cooperation in striving for a stable, secure and prosperous Middle East for the benefit of all countries and peoples in the region.

In this spirit, Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Abdul Latif al-Ziani met in Washington today at the invitation of President Donald Trump to adopt the principles of the Abrahamic Accords.

The initiative for these agreements reflects the success of U.S. efforts to promote peace and stability in the Middle East.

The Kingdom and the State of Israel believe that this development will help to reach a future where all peoples and all beliefs will be able to coexist under the spirit of cooperation and enjoy peace and prosperity.

The parties discussed their joint commitment to promoting peace and security in the region, emphasizing the importance of adopting the vision of the Abrahamic Agreements and expanding the circle of peace, and recognizing the whole country's right to sovereignty and peace and security, and continuing efforts to achieve a just, comprehensive and lasting Israeli-Palestinian solution. 

In a meeting between them, the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister agreed on the establishment of full diplomatic relations, on the promotion of sustainable security, the avoidance of threats and the use of force, and the promotion of coexistence and a culture of peace.

In this spirit, they agreed today to approve a series of steps to begin this new chapter in the relationship.

In the coming weeks, they have agreed to promote agreements in the fields of health, environmental culture, direct flights, tourism, telecommunications and more. 

"Both countries wholeheartedly thank President Donald Trump for his tireless work and special pragmatic approach to promoting peace and prosperity to all peoples in the region. Therefore, in recognition and appreciation, ask the President to sign as a witness their determination to host this historic meeting."
