Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune issued today a presidential decree calling on voters on November 1 to vote for a referendum on the draft constitutional review.
"The decree included summoning the electorate on the first Sunday of next November for a referendum on the draft constitutional review."
The Presidential Decree also included, in accordance with Article 14 of Organic Law No. 10/16 issued on August 25, 2016, setting the date for the exceptional review of the electoral lists for the twentieth of this month for a period of eight days.
