The Supreme Court of Justice ruled this Tuesday on the appeal for per saltum presented by the chambermaids Leopoldo Bruglia and Pablo Bertuzzi to prevent the Frente de Todos from approving on Wednesday the ruling that annuls their transfers to Comodoro Py.

The highest court of justice

rejected the possibility of urgently analyzing the claim

of the judges to prevent Kirchnerism from reversing its appointments in the Court in which they investigated Vice President Cristina Kirchner.

"At the digital presentation of Doctors Bertuzzi and Bruglia on September 14, 2020, please be present for the moment of the final resolution of the case by this Court, according to the means that this Court determines in due course," said the Court.

Thus, the Court clarified that it will address the case, but that it will not do so urgently, as requested in recent days by the lawyers for the chambermaids.

In that presentation, to which

, the judges requested the "immediate intervention" of the highest court.

At the end of August, through the appeal of per saltum, the judges had already demanded from the highest court the nullity of the resolutions of the Council of the Magistracy and the Upper House that promote their displacement.

The chambermaids then stated that the situation exposes an "institutional gravity" before which the highest court "must immediately remedy."
