His vehicle and an oncoming car had brushed against each other.
According to the police, a 35-year-old Geretsriederin was on the road towards Bad Tölz at around 8:10 p.m. when she - as a witness reported - came into the opposite lane.
There she touched the 29-year-old Penzberger's Honda machine with her Seat.
The motorcyclist drove a few more meters. Finally he managed to bring his machine to a stop without falling. However, he had injured his arm and complained of pain in his stomach and was taken to the trauma hospital. The motorcycle was damaged by 300 euros, and the repair of the Seat will cost 1500 euros according to initial estimates.
