The SFC issued a press release stating that Xian Yi, the former responsible officer and chief executive officer of Yi Shunda’s financing, was banned from re-entering the industry due to violations of the SFC’s Code of Conduct and Sponsor Guidelines for a period of 20 months from September 2020 May 15 to May 14, 2022.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission pointed out that Xian Yi is responsible for supervising the implementation of Yi Shunda, as the main sponsor of a certain listing application of the sponsor in 2017.

The SFC found that Xian Yi had failed to perform its responsibilities as the key personnel, responsible personnel and senior management of Yi Shunda’s sponsor, including handling the listing application with appropriate skills, being cautious and diligent and responsible, and diligently supervising Its subordinates perform the sponsor work of Eshunda and ensure Eshunda maintains appropriate standards of conduct.
