The main committee has decided on a list of points for the selection.
Points are assigned to applicants according to certain criteria - and whoever receives the most points is ahead.
There are points, for example, depending on the current living situation of an applicant, for a reference to Tutzing, current employment in Tutzing, voluntary work, family situation, caring for relatives, disabilities or certain professions.
Ludwig Horn (CSU) was particularly committed to helping young people who often could not afford their own apartments because of the high local property prices.
Trainees should receive benefits that are yet to be determined.
Regardless of the point system, the municipality reserves the right to allocate hardship cases, for example if applicants are threatened with eviction from their apartment.
The town hall wants to allocate around a third of the apartments twice because experience shows that not all apartments are accepted.
Therefore, successors can also get a chance.
Interested parties are only allowed to view apartments once they have been assigned.
They cannot choose an apartment.
The catalog of criteria should also apply to the other new buildings planned for the “Sudeten German Settlement” by the Association for Housing.
The apartments on Kallerbach should be ready for occupancy by July 1, 2021.
There are 36 apartments with two rooms, 22 apartments with three rooms and twelve apartments with four rooms.
For 52 apartments - rent 7.50 euros per square meter - interested parties need a residence permit.
Your income must not exceed certain limits: 22,600 euros net per year for a single person, 34,500 euros per year for two people.
There are currently around 20 applicants with a residence permit.
There are 18 apartments - rent 10 euros per square meter - without such a certificate.
The municipality of Tutzing can allocate 56 apartments, 14 go to applicants from other municipalities in the Starnberg district.
