Francis Le Goff, the race director, unveiled the details of the final stage of the 51st edition of the Solitaire du Figaro, undoubtedly decisive for the win between Armel Le Cléac'h (Banque Populaire) and Frédéric Duthil (Technique Voile- Cabinet Bourhis Generali).
The skippers will have 83 miles to decide on a return trip from the outskirts of Saint-Nazaire, via Île d'Yeu. Departure on Saturday at 7.15pm.
The weather forecast announcing little wind, "the stage could be cut off in the south of the Ile d'Yeu if no boat had passed before 10 am on Sunday", announced the race director.
