Then it goes to session room 125 of the

The legal processing of the

night of

the

riot in front of the Starnberg police station

on July 25, 2019 can begin.

Night of riot in Starnberg: Five young defendants from the district

Four young people are accused: a 16-year-old from

Feldafing,

a 17-year-old from

Pöcking

and a 16-year-old from

Herrsching

, all of whom are still going to school, as well as a 17-year-old from

Seefeld

who recently started an apprenticeship.

There is also

an adolescent,

a 20-year-old from

Berg

.

He is also currently completing vocational training.

Not all are innocent.

The Feldafinger example, must also due to

theft

of a bus and

fare evasion

answer - the Herrschinger because he stole a bicycle, a classmate 70 euro steel and with a Spezl illegally spent a night at Starnberger Sea resort.

All of them have German citizenship, one also has Nigerian citizenship.

And everyone was there when a private party in front of the

Starnberg grammar school

over a year

ago

- regardless of the school's summer party - went completely out of hand.

Trigger for the night of the riot in Starnberg: Young people provoke security service

The beginnings of this evening, which is memorable in every respect, are largely indisputable.

The

Feldafinger

spoke to the

security forces

assigned

by the

high school

and asked if they had

drugs

.

“Up to then everything was fine,” reports a

security employee

(29) on the witness stand.

He had expelled him four or five times, but the

youngster

kept coming back.

The 29-year-old walked the few meters to the

police station

to end the situation.

A little later he came back with two officers.

“We thought it wasn't a big deal,” says the then service group leader (32).

The Feldafinger, however, was extremely

uncooperative.

He refused to give his personal details and did not follow the dismissal from the police

.

“He gesticulated wildly and expansively and made fun of us,” reports the second officer (27).

The night of the riot in Starnberg escalates: Young people criticize the police operation

The police then took him into

custody

and tried to take him to the police station.

Within a short time, a group of young people rioted around the police.

“In a sense, we were on stage,” says the service group leader.

Because the field finger continued to resist, the officers brought him to the ground to restrain him.

What happened in the next few minutes

can be seen

on

shaky cell phone videos

that judge Ralf Jehle plays - and it leaves

room for interpretation.

For example, when asked whether the accused

Herrschinger started

a targeted kick in the direction of an officer whom a

security

guard could still fend off.

Or whether the accused Berger tried to beat the police officers.

As a result, the police managed

to bring Feldafinger to the guard

with the

security

guard, but other

youths

kicked the door and smashed one of the guard's windows.

How exactly it continued in the inspection rooms has not yet been conclusively clarified.

Police operation in Starnberg: Official thought of the use of firearms

Judge Jehle always wants to know how the

security forces

and the police felt during the operation.

“I was

n't afraid,”

says a security man (29) who, according to his own statements, is used to other things from Oktoberfest operations.

The 32-year-old policeman expresses himself completely differently.

“Despite my twelve years of service experience, I

felt very uncomfortable,

” he says, speaking of “a life-threatening situation” in which he and his colleague would have found themselves “alone among a hundred

angry young people”

.

“In retrospect, I even

thought about

using a

firearm,

” he says.

"You have already seen a lot, but not something like that," says a colleague (26).

He describes how young people even tried to use a robber ladder to get over the wall into the courtyard of the

police station

.

Weapons

and

ammunition are

stored

at the

office

,

” he emphasizes.

Riots in front of the Starnberg police station: young people partly repentant

With the Feldafinger, the Herrschinger and the Seefeld girl, three young people made

partial confessions

yesterday

and wrestled with

apologies

to the police officers.

“I don't know myself,” says Feldafinger when the judge asked what drove him - especially since he had a court appointment that morning on the same day.

"It was an

interplay of alcohol and youthful recklessness

." He had already met with his specialist from Herrsching that afternoon at the lake and

drank beer.

It was never his intention

to let

the

situation escalate like

this.

"I am shocked myself." However, he also expresses

criticism of the police officers' actions

.

"From my point of view, the police used excessive force." He was

afraid

when he was brought to the ground.

The prosecutor does not accept that.

He

“massively provoked”

the officials

, she says.

"There is no trace of fear."

“Just because he's black” - young people stick to severe criticism of Starnberg officials

The trainee from Seefeld shows

remorse

in court

.

She admits that she

hit

the

security guards

and later tried to forcibly prevent the police station door from closing.

“I only noticed everything that someone was arrested

just because he was black,

” she says.

Out of emotion, she went to the police station with other young people.

“I deeply regret it,” she says.

“I'm shocked at myself and can't really explain it.” Again and again she

bows

her head when the videos clearly show how she

insults

the

police

.

"That was an incredibly big mistake on my part."

After the night of the riot in Starnberg: Spiderman quote as criticism of police officers

Herrschinger also comments on the matter, but repeatedly

asserts gaps in his

memory

that he attributes to alcohol consumption.

That day he drank a tetrapak of vodka-passion fruit and beer with Feldafinger, he says.

He thinks the use against his friend is excessive.

The whole action of the young people was a mistake.

"If we hadn't done anything and

just filmed him being abused,

we might have drawn attention to it," he says.

“As it is, I behaved wrongly and absolutely not justifiable.

We got it into our heads that we have to revolt. "

It was also stupid to

break the police station window

.

He

denies

that he deliberately

wanted to kick

a police officer in

the head

.

"I definitely didn't want to hurt anyone," he says.

The prosecutor wants to know what his relationship with the police is like.

"I have to quote Spiderman,"

says the 16-year-old, "great power leads to great responsibility." Some officials got it wrong.

The process will continue on Friday.
