On the night of Monday to Tuesday, a fight broke out in a cellar of a city in this popular city located north of Paris.

Two young men, aged 17 and 25, known to the police for drug trafficking, were killed and a third, aged 16, injured.

Just after the shooting, eleven people were arrested at the scene and then placed in police custody before being released at the end of the day.

Two other suspects, a minor and an adult, arrested on Tuesday were released on Friday.

The 25-year-old man found dead, an activist close to the former PCF mayor, had been under judicial control since his indictment for attempted voluntary homicide in 2017, according to a source close to the investigation.

The PCF section of Saint-Ouen paid tribute to "

The young 17-year-old man who died was known to the courts for drug trafficking.

He was notably sentenced to three months in prison on September 14, a few hours before his death, during a hearing he had not attended, a source close to the investigation told AFP. .

Three days earlier, he had been arrested in Saint-Ouen and presented to a children's judge for "

transport and possession of narcotics

" before being placed under judicial supervision.
