A bizarre "car theft" case occurred in Tsim Sha Tsui.
At approximately 1:00 in the morning on Saturday (19th), a taxi was reportedly crashing into the lift gate and fled after leaving the Oksiu Ninh car park on Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.
