Navalny posted a photo of him descending a ladder Saturday, writing that he is regaining his physical and mental capacity.

The German government has said the Kremlin critic was poisoned with a chemical agent from the Novichok group, a conclusion supported by two other laboratories in France and Sweden.
Earlier this week, his team issued a statement saying German specialists found traces of the nerve agent in a bottle of water taken from Navalny's hotel room in Tomsk, Russia.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Friday questioned the water bottle as evidence, adding that the poisoning is a version of what happened to Navalny, but it has not been confirmed as Russian laboratories found no traces of poison in the Navalny's blood.
