Today, the health authorities in Russia announced the registration of 6,065 cases of coronavirus and 144 deaths during the past twenty-four hours in 84 Russian regions, including 825 cases that occurred in Moscow.
The special operations room dealing with the outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic stated in its report today that the total number of cases of Covid 19 reached one million and 97,251 cases, of which 19,339 people died and 906,462 have recovered.
She indicated that most of the new infections in Moscow occurred among members of the age group from 18 to 45 years, which may be explained by mixing between students two weeks after the start of the new school year.
Since the beginning of the epidemic, the Russian health authorities have conducted 42.4 million tests to detect those infected with the virus in various parts of the country.
