Today, Iraqi forces arrested a terrorist (ISIS) in Al-Rutba district in Anbar Province.
The Iraqi Military Intelligence Directorate said in a statement that “the detachments of the Intelligence Division in the First Division, a force from the Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance Regiment of the same division, and a detachment of National Security managed, with a specific operation, to arrest a collaborator with (ISIS) and their most prominent financier in Rutba, Anbar.”
The statement made clear that this terrorist was extorting merchants and businessmen and threatening them to pay money to finance terrorists at home and abroad, as he had contacts with terrorists abroad.
