A Mercedes driver crashed through the garden fence of a property in Kirchdorf.
The police quickly realized the reason for the failure.
In a frenzy on Saturday at around 0.30 a.m., the driver (36) of a Mercedes SL crashed through the garden fence of a property in Kirchdorf and came to a stop in the garden.
Another road user then alerted the police.
When the 36-year-old was questioned, the officials waved a decent "flag".
The alcohol test showed a value of over 1.8 per thousand.
The 36-year-old's driver's license was confiscated.
The driver told the patrol that he had probably come to the left on the opposite lane and therefore broke through the garden fence.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident.
Criminal proceedings were initiated against the driver involved in the accident because he had endangered road traffic as a result of alcohol.
He will probably have to do without his driver's license for a long time.
