Construction will take place near Oberpfaffenhofen in the next few weeks: the state road will be renovated and the motorway access will be expanded.

- From this Monday on, road users have to be prepared for two construction sites near Oberpfaffenhofen.
On the one hand, the state building authority in Weilheim is having the road surface on Münchener Straße renovated.
On the other hand, the Autobahn Directorate South Bavaria is carrying out extensive expansion work in the area of the Oberpfaffenhofen junction on the A 96 - the driveway towards Munich will be closed.
As the road construction authority announced, work on Münchener Strasse will begin today, Monday, September 21, and will be completed in five night shifts between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the next morning.
The work will take place in the section north of the approach to the German Aerospace Center (DLR) to the north of the Claude-Dornier-Strasse approach (Gilching industrial park).
"In order to keep the obstacles for road users to a minimum during the ceiling renovation work, the work will be carried out in full night work in sections with traffic," said the building authorities.
Traffic is regulated on one side by a traffic light.
Short-term changes in dates due to weather conditions cannot be ruled out.
In the course of the six-lane expansion of the A 96 between Oberpfaffenhofen and Germering, it is now the turn of the Oberpfaffenhofen junction in the direction of Munich.
From this Monday until probably Monday, October 12, 6 a.m., the motorway will be completely renewed over a length of around 750 meters.
During this time, it is not possible to drive towards Munich.
During this period, road users can follow the diversion route U 59 in order to drive towards Munich at the Gilching junction.
The work will also have an impact on the Oberpfaffenhofen exit.
This must be closed for about two hours between today and Tuesday, September 22nd.
It will not be available between September 28, 12 noon, and October 4, 7 am.
Departing road users can leave the motorway 1.5 kilometers further at the Gilching junction.
