A fatal car accident occurred on the Qingsha Highway.
At 5 o'clock in the morning on Tuesday (22nd), a private car was driving along Tsing Sha Highway towards Sha Tin.
On the way to about 300 meters in front of the entrance of the Jianshan Tunnel, he was reportedly out of control and "fried".
According to sources, the male driver was thrown out of the car on the spot, severely injured and unconscious. He was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital and was certified dead. The female passenger in the same car was once trapped and injured her neck after being rescued. She was consciously sent to the hospital for treatment.
