Prime Minister's adviser Topaz Locke, who was documented last night as violating isolation near the prime minister's residence in Jerusalem, this evening (Monday) expressed regret for violating the guidelines, and admitted in closed conversations that he did not act as required.
"The instructions I received changed several times but I still had to be more careful," Luke argued.
"I apologize for making me a slap in the face to the Prime Minister, and in any case I will pay the fine on my own initiative."
