The controversial maneuver of the Government to displace judges who investigated Cristina Kirchner in corruption cases generated repudiation in a sector of society.
In addition to the banners and criticism on social networks, this rejection is manifested in the petitions that some 245 thousand people have already signed to prevent the displacements of
Leopoldo Bruglia, Pablo Bertuzzi
and
Germán Castelli
.
On the change.org platform, two users launched petitions under the slogans "No to the displacement of Judges Bruglia, Bertuzzi and Castelli" and "Supreme Court, prevent the displacement of Judges Bruglia, Bertuzzi and Castelli".
Until this Monday morning, the first had reached
170 thousand adhesions
and the second was
68 thousand
.
"That the Senate decides to remove the judges from their positions after two years is unfair and unconstitutional. These judges bravely advanced against all odds in their vocation for Justice, elucidating crimes for which they prosecuted CFK, current Vice President and his alleged henchmen.
We cannot abandon them,
"says the first of the petitions.
"If we want a healthy Justice, we must support the judges and prosecutors who deserve it, not leave them alone because
without them there is no Justice,
" he adds.
The other initiative points directly to the Supreme Court of Justice, which must decide on the claim of the magistrates.

"Mister Ministers of the Court, you have in your hands the opportunity to
demonstrate to society
that you act in defense of the Republic and ultimately of the constitutional rights of the people. If you fail according to law, it will be the people who he will defend his investiture, if necessary, "he remarks.
Last week the Senate of the Nation rejected the transfer of Castelli and the chambermaids Bruglia and Bertuzzi (ordered by a DNU of former president Mauricio Macri), who thus must return to their original courts.
Anyway, the Supreme Court will advance this week on the cases with two possible tracks, as advanced by its head Carlos Rosenkrantz.
One would be to
accept the per saltum
(instance jump) that the three judges presented more than 15 days ago and decide whether the unpublished procedure was constitutional or not.
Another would be to wait for the Federal Administrative Litigation Chamber to decide this week, after receiving a report from the Senate,
whether or not
the review of the transfers of the three magistrates
was constitutional or not
, who in this case would present an extraordinary appeal to go to Court .
