And he remarked: "I come to ratify a call to the whole world to recreate a multilateralism based on our solidarity. It is not the time to globalize indifference but to globalize solidarity in multiple dimensions."

"We need a United Nations 4.0 with its founding values ​​intact," said the President, who said that this pandemic "revealed us to be fragile and has recreated the need to create bridges between people, nations, regions."

In this regard, he emphasized that "if we are being able to manufacture artificial respirators, we must be able to dream and build non-artificial respirators for the post-pandemic time."

"If we are joining the efforts of doctors, researchers, investors to discover a vaccine that prevents covid-19, we have to be able to dream and build a vaccine against social injustice, environmental depredation, discrimination in all its forms," ​​he added. .

Regarding the AMIA, he remarked: "26 years after the attack on the AMIA headquarters, I want to continue the policy started in this area in 2003 and require the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran to cooperate with the Argentine judicial authorities to advance in the investigation of said attack ".

And he added: "We also ask the international community to fill in the requests contained in Interpol's red cards in the event of the presence of a defendant in their territories, something that Argentina never stopped claiming."
