+++ update +++

Since a mother

did not have a child seat

on her bicycle

, a trip together for her little daughter ended in the hospital.

The matter will also have consequences for the mother.

As the police reported, the 46-year-old was out with the six-year-old girl on Friday afternoon in Bruck.

The woman took the child on her porter - without any safety precautions.

It then happened in Julie-Mayr-Strasse in Fürstenfeldbruck: The little girl hit the spokes with her foot.

The mother was apparently still able to prevent a fall.

Her daughter had to go to the clinic with a suspected ankle fracture.

According to the police, the accident has other consequences.

The 46-year-old is being investigated for negligent bodily harm.

The police met

a completely drunk driver in Geltendorf

early on Saturday evening

, who was taking a nap on his steering wheel - with the engine switched on.

The 22-year-old was standing on Kreisstraße LL 13 when the officers checked him.

They immediately noticed a strong smell of alcohol.

A voluntary breath alcohol test showed a value of just under three per thousand.

The driver has to surrender the driver's license and pay a fine.

21st September

A serious accident

occurred on Sunday at 2.30 p.m. during the Sunday excursion traffic on the Germeringer Spange.

A 70-year-old pensioner from Germering drove his Skoda Octavia down Hartstraße in an easterly direction and wanted to turn left onto Staatsstraße 2544 (Spange).

At the same time, a 31-year-old employee from Munich was driving his C-Class Mercedes down Hartstrasse in a westerly direction and wanted to cross the Spange straight ahead.

The Skoda driver overlooked the oncoming Mercedes driver with right of way, so that the two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection.

The Mercedes driver came to the Pasing hospital with suspected whiplash, while the Scoda driver was unharmed.

Both vehicles involved in the accident were no longer ready to drive and had to be towed away, resulting in property damage amounting to around 35,000 euros.

The Germering volunteer fire brigade was on site with 15 men to secure, clean and remove leaking operating materials and, through appropriate traffic control measures, ensured that the current Sunday traffic passed the accident site without danger.

On the Graf-Toerring-Straße in Gernlinden

on Friday around 11:30 a.m., a dispute between a car driver and a school helper escalated.

A 70-year-old wanted to park his car on the lowered curb in front of the Sparkasse in the Gernlinden district of Maisach.

The 80-year-old school helper stood in his way.

The way to school helper was simply pushed away by the 70-year-old with the car.

The 80-year-old was uninjured, as the police say.

After a battle of words, the driver left.

However, he was later identified by a patrol from the Olching police station.

The officials will now try to clarify the exact course of the dispute with the statements of the two pensioners.

A man from Frankfurt (35)

raced through Groebenzell at

a speed of 82

on Saturday night - the police were just taking a laser measurement on Augsburger Strasse.

The man would normally have expected a three-digit fine and points in Flensburg.

During the inspection, however, the officials found that there was a legally valid driving ban against him.

Further research revealed that his driver's license had recently been revoked.

Several criminal charges await the obviously unteachable.

The police in Germering are looking for

witnesses

in two cases of escapes

.

The driver of a white van damaged a parked Mercedes Sprinter driving past on Adenauerstrasse at around 7 p.m. on Friday (100 euros).

in his blood, a 48-year-old drove his SUV through Olching.

According to the police, the officers noticed immediately that the driver had been drinking.

Then he hurled across the road to the bike path and back into the adjacent forest.

The 27-year-old was uninjured, the property damage to his car is estimated at at least 1500 euros.

The station wagon driver didn't care about the near collision.
